JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Port Elizabeth to source a highly skilled and dynamic F & B Manager to join their team.
PLEASE NOTE – Applicants need to already reside or be willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth. This is a live-out position.
Requirements and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4* & 5* hotel.
- Previous experience in management role essential.
- Exceptional Food and Beverage & Banqueting knowledge.
- Ability to oversee all departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining the property and achieving financial targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera software.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, mentor staff, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Labour law and disciplinary procedures.
- Availability to work varied shifts and possess reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Sound employment history and contactable references.
